Benjamin Pavard, the French national team defender for Inter Milan has undergone a check-up on his injury. And is expected to be out for around three weeks sport.

Pavard suffered a hamstring injury during Inter Milan’s 1-0 Champions League win over RB Leipzig on Tuesday. With the French defender forced off in the 44th minute and replaced by Yann Bisek.

Inter Milan have confirmed that Pavard underwent tests on Thursday morning at the Estadio Humanitas di Rossano. And has been ruled out for a ruptured left hamstring and will be assessed again next week.UFABET  

Sky Italia report that Pavard’s problem could be around three weeks out. Meaning he could miss at least five or six games in the upcoming Serie A, Champions League and Coppa Italia.

Inter’s December schedule is packed with seven games, five of which are Serie A games. The tough ones are away at Fiorentina on December 1 and away at Lazio on December 16. While the Champions League is at Bayer Leverkusen on December 10 and the Coppa Italia is at home to Udinese on December 19.

Therefore, it had always seemed fairly clear that Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi was keeping Pavard fresh for this evening’s Champions League match.

Pavard had been part of the France squad during the international break.
